On The Juice - Juice Bar Menu Development & Food Truck Setup

This project involved the development of a complete beverage concept for a juice bar food truck, focused on delivering fresh juices, smoothies, and infused waters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Built around the growing demand for healthier, on-the-go options, the offering was designed to balance flavour, nutrition, and efficiency ensuring every product could be executed quickly while maintaining consistency and quality. The objective was to create a streamlined, scalable system capable of performing under pressure, maximising output within a compact space, and maintaining strong margins.

Concept & Direction

The menu was developed to showcase fresh, vibrant ingredients across a range of formats—juices, smoothies, and infused waters—offering variety while keeping operations simple and efficient. Each product was designed with both flavour and functionality in mind, using combinations that are approachable, refreshing, and easy to execute in a high-volume setting. The concept prioritised:
