Ms. Cattea is an intimate tea and cocktail bar in Potts Point, built on a deep love for premium teas from Southeast Asia. The venue merges the art of tea with mixology in a serene yet refined setting. As her first venue, the founder brought a clear vision of sophistication, balance, and flavour. I helped bring that vision to life through cocktail development, bar systems, and brand positioning.

What I Delivered as Beverage Consultant:

  • Cocktail development using teas, botanicals, and layered flavours

  • OSE (Operating Supplies & Equipment) recommendations and bar workflow design

  • Full drink costing and stock control setup

  • Marketing support and storytelling to shape the brand narrative and menu tone

  • Staff training and service delivery standards

  • Ongoing support during the opening phase to refine the program
