The Gaijin Project is a nomadic culinary concept crafting immersive dining experiences in unique spaces around the world a 12-seat, 12-course modern Japanese omakase restaurant, paired with refined cocktails, with a Japanese influence. Operating one night a week with two sittings per evening, the project blends exclusivity, innovation, and respect for tradition.
