Pop-Up & Beverage Concept

Gaijin is a nomadic culinary concept delivering immersive omakase experiences in unique venues, combining modern Japanese cuisine with a refined cocktail program. Operating as a 12-seat, 12-course experience, the project focuses on precision, creativity, and a respectful reinterpretation of tradition. As part of a residency at Caravin, I collaborated on the development and execution of the beverage menu, supporting both the creative direction and operational structure of the pop-up.
