Strategic review and refinement of the existing cocktail program for a vibrant tiki bar. The project focused on strengthening menu balance, improving commercial performance and simplifying operational execution while preserving the venue’s playful tropical identity. A comprehensive audit assessed flavour variety, cocktail costing, preparation systems, service efficiency and guest-facing communication. These insights were translated into practical recommendations, followed by the development of two original signature cocktails designed to introduce greater variety, support consistent execution and strengthen the overall offering.
