Ms. Cattea is an intimate tea and cocktail bar in Potts Point, built on a deep love for premium teas from Southeast Asia. The venue merges the art of tea with mixology in a serene yet refined setting. As her first venue, the founder brought a clear vision of sophistication, balance, and flavour. I helped bring that vision to life through cocktail development, bar systems, and brand positioning.
